Scan to SMB: on the machine, under tools/ address book/ add a new SERVER and enter the IP/ SERVER ADDRESS and the FOLDER SHARE NAME of the computer. If the computer requires authentication, you need to enter the USERNAME & PASSWORD that should be provided by the IT support.

For scan to FTP, it will be similar as above except that you have to run FTP services on the computer/ server.

There might be scanning issues if the computer or server has a firewall and other security protection.

004-348 fault code related to ibt assy. clean the silver reflector patch for initial action .

This could be a result of deve tank and/or IBT belt replacement, IBT assy servicing. A component has not been fit properly like incorrect deve position, skewed IBT belt, etc. The only way to fix this problem is to disassemble the parts where the component was replaced and re-assemble them again
