    B9100 not allowing hfsi reset

When I go into service mode, nvm code when you enter it to reset the fuser items, it
says "invalid code" I thought there was a code in admin, but I'm having a brain fart
    on where it is?

      So where/what it was?
A tree is known by its fruit, a man by his deeds. A good deed is never lost, he who sows courtesy, reaps friendship, and he who plants kindness gathers love.
Blessed are they who can laugh at themselves, for they shall never cease to be amused.

I haven't been working on Xerox as long as Toshiba. Another tech found it, and I'll have to
get with him for the exact location.

Hmm, Rusty thanks for honest response. I also rarely see Xerox machines myself but it can be helpful for others with same problem.
