Requesting information on what could cause the error in title, when using scan to email function. Device is a Xerox VLC7125.
Background: Issue is isolated to this device only. New setup/install.
Troubleshooting Done: Known good clone file applied. Verified SMTP and NTP is configured with correct server IPs. Verified encryption and signing is set. Device Cert exists. Attempted to create new.
Am i missing something in configuration settings? or Could this be firmware issue?
