hello everyone

for the second time in a few months this machine has had a waste toner blockage resulting in a dead drum - removed and vacuumed everything, checked waste toner drive is working OK, no damage to augers, all ports open as they should, WTB present and full sensors both working, but when the WTB is full it doesn't stop working and say 'replace' but continues operating and only says 'reorder' under machine status/consumables

anyone seen this before? is there a setting i can change so it doesn't say 'reorder' but REPLACE?

any assistance very much appreciated - thanks in advance!
