Can someone please send me a link to download the full service and parts manuals for a J-A330 copier. I think this is a c8030 from what I have found so far. If anyone has advice here is my problem, when machine is turned on the screen comes on and some mechanical activity happens in the machine but the screen never gets to ready and eventually it gets to a screen that states a failure has occurred but gives no error codes. Any idea on what I need to do? My experience is on Kyocera and Ricoh products, been working on them since 1990, but never had to work on Xerox products.
