Xerox C7020 - very strange problem

Hello, I have Xerox VersaLink C7020. When I print there appear white lines on all colors without Magenta. The lines are every time on same place. I change from other machine drums, developers, LED's, transfer belt, fuser and everything that is plug and play and nothing solved the problem. Any advice and recommendations? Thanks in advance. I attach a picture with a problem.

While printing the test pages stop the printer and check image on drums , LPHs and developer rolls. Especially attention to cyan components.

If white lines are 1cm wide swap magenta lph with black lph and print again.

Like I said, everything has changed. Drums, developers, LPH, ITB and fuser and nothing helps.

Then print from printer service mode, on A4 Long Edge Front, the test pages of black, yellow, magenta and cyan 50% toner density.
Check what these primary colours have the the line.

There is blockage on the cyan developer roll. Possibly a small debris of toner caught on the dev knockoff blade.
