    Xerox Versant 180 Tray 6

    when printing 13x19 from tray 6 I get a message from fiery " Finishing not supported by selected Media (13x19) "
    I can print 13x19 from all tray including bypass but just not tray 6
    I can copy 13x19 from tray 6
    anyone have any ideas on this

      finishing implies folding, stapling, cutting, punching. have you verified paper type, not just size?

          even swapped finisher and still does it
          changed gsm on the paper still does it
          changed paper size to 12x18 and it still does it

              Try unchecking the auto configuration by ip address in the settings tab of the printer properties the manual add the deck.
