Hi
What the error code 362-461 means? I cannot find it in service manual.
The problem is with scanner. It tries initialize 3 times (it moves to the home sensor position 3 times) then stop. When copying from adf or glass it gives black output.
I have tried install IIT PWB but no change.
Initialize copier scanner from service menu also did not solve the problem.
Removed lamp assembly and reinstall it did not hep as well.
Any idea how to solve it or previous experience wit this code?
