Anyone know a DIRECT way to correct this?
Couple of B7100's, wholesaler is Ingram. Input the serial
into the xerox license server, comes back unable to display, contact bla bla bla.
Ingram says it is a xerox problem
Xerox says there isn't a problem.
Anyone know a DIRECT way to contact someone to get the serial numbers entered
into their license server to get these machines setup?
I don't feel like playing tag with their phone system for an hour only to get in touch with
someone that can't speak English or says there isn't anything they can do about it.
