mulfunctions printing win 11

my client has a fuji xerox document center C450 copier and he is running on windows 11 pro 64 bits.
somehow i am not able to get the latest printer driver from the fuji xerox site because it says:
"our selected product has reached end of service, and thus will no longer be supported by FUJIFILM Business Innovation.
To get more information on your product please click on [Chat with Us!] at the bottom to contact our Support Centre.
Alternatively to inquire about upgrading to a later model please click here, then confirm your country to proceed."
then i am not sure how her computer got a fuji xerox printer driver pcl 6 for document center C450, maybe it's from printer update?
the problem here is that it can't print from pdf. the pdf app will crash, even if i use other pdf or microsoft edge app to print.
if i print from microsoft office it works.
but if i print from microsoft office and make changes to the printer settings like selecting the paper trays and etc.
the printer will not print and the app will crash.
any help please?
