[Error Code] Xerox Nuvera 120 error code PEM-03-3385

Good day fellows, Just want to ask about the Nuvera 120 machine I am operating and maintaining, initially the problem of the machine is frequent paper jamming on fusing section in duplex copying, then while I was copying suddenly the machine jams and eventually the error code PEM-03-3385 pop up as well as system error code. Tried to shutdown and restart the unit but the same error already popping up on the screen and the print engine would not initialize. Can anyone share idea on how I can manage to reset the error. I already try to unplug and replug some connectors at the back of the PE and also try the dc0101 save & restore nvm.
Any inputs will be much appreciated

That mean Control Area Network (CAN) is Down Fault. Also found 33 bulletins about this fault.
My advice is place a call to xerox service or at least purchase a service manual.
Many procedures you must follow for fix the error.
