Hello to all!

I have been getting increasing requests to service xerox phaser solid ink printers from customers in my area. These seem rather foreign to me. Where is a good starting point for learning about these printers?

I service Kyocera, Savin, HP, And Lexmark products currently. I used to work on big Xerox back in the 80's.

Any direction is helpful.
