Fault code 094-321 on DC250

I have a DC250 which display Fault code 094-321 & even I have change the Transfer Belt asssembly the 094-321 is still present.
Any help is most welcome.

try change the ibt assy to confirm wherther the clutch oh the assy itself problem

Check contact points between retract sensor harness and the IBT main socket. It could also be an NVM corruption. Reset NVMs to default values. If the fault is still there, it must be either one of 2 components failing - the AC drive PWB or the MCU PWB
