I have a problem with my disks.There is raid usage.I think a disk crashed or the software crashed, giving the error on the screen.

Did you try to reinstall software?
For what machine is freeflow server?

No, I haven't tried reinstalling, I don't want to do anything wrong.

Save the license.dat file so you can reinstall the license after reload

The machine does not turn on at all.It remained in the picture mode I mentioned above.I wonder if I can recover it from another computer by connecting it and do you know in which directory?

The server is PC computer with some kind of Linux as operating system.
So find someone who knows PC and linux and may be he/she will recover your server.
I'm sure you find the right person even on repair PC shop.
