AltaLinkC8170 362-453 CIS CCD error

Hello, guys, I am having an issue with Altalink C8170 on software version 114.011.002.21400. I am getting error 362-453, which indicates CIS and CCD errors or a calibration pixel offset not done. I am unable to perform IIT calibration because the scanner is acting like it's dead. After restarting, the error goes away for a few copies but returns afterward. Should I upgrade to the latest version 120.011.003.20000? I didn't downgrade the printer, so that's not how this error occurred. Is it a software issue, in your opinion? Thank you

Performing forced Altboot won't hurt, but I don't think it will solve your problem.

Did you ever solve this issue? I'm having the same fault code on a B8255. Exposure lmp never turns on
