    WC 7845 black print issue

    Hi.



    I am looking for an advise regarding bk prints issue as per attached photo. Please look at the top (left side of photo) of the page there are a lot of short black lines - ignore white lines.

    Defect appear on black only. Colours are fine.

    I have narrowed problem to transfer belt assembly.

    Honestly seeing this defect my guess was 1st btr in itb assy. After swapping whole itb assy problem is solved however I would try to find and understand what may cause it .

    It is not machine related problem (tried the same itb assy on 2 machines and problem follows) but itb assy only.

    Itb assy has been cleaned.

    Bk 1st btr has been swapped with cyan - still problem with bk so deffect did not follow
    It belt sleeve has been swapped and still the same issue persist



    Can you advise what I overlooked and give me some suggestions please?

      Did you install new 1st BTR bushings and add some conductive grease to them?

          There is bulletin for this defect = Rain Drops.

              Hi I did not know about new bushing. What is the part number please?
