WC 128 thouch screen DEAD

i was doing a check printing afther a revizion so i gave a 500 pages job 2 sided, the machine gives me a few blank pages and a message that he doesent recocnize the paper size but finishes about 300-400 pages from those 500 at one moment when i look at the screen he was blank, turn off then on and stilll nothing it has that backlight and few buttons lights turn on and off it does the preparing sounds but still the screen remains blank.
What should i do?

chk connection control panel and power supply tat supply to touch screen?usually 5VDC

solved, atlest for now

an elctrician changed few tranzistors on power suply
