Have error code 042-326 on Docucolor 240. Tried resetting NVM, didn't work. Any other suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

It is the IBT Belt Position Fault

Have error code 042-326 on Docucolor 240. Tried resetting NVM, didn't work. Any other suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

Pull out the IBT assy. remove excessive toner from the cleaner assy. remove the IBT belt and clean the silver patch. Also clean the TRO sensor,the belt edge sensor and toner from the rest of the assy. Re-assemble and test.

Did you change the fuser assy recently?

When I pulled out belt, black plastic piece fell off from back of assembly. Have to order new assembly
