I'd have thought it should be 29/10, but that is just from looking at the service manual. You could try also 2/9. The default for 29/10 is 1, the range is 0-255. The default for 2/9 is 0, the range is 255. However I am not clear what 2/9 actually is. The manual just says "CRUM COD ID".
What does that mean? Was the original value 1, before making any changes? It might be that this is the value read off the toner chip and that the machine country code is somewhere else. Your aim is to make the machine country code the same as the toner country code - therefore if the toner is American then you have to use an American country code (most likely 0 or 1). Is your machine Italian? Just use small numbers.
You can also try scrolling through the codes, as there may be something not listed in the service manual. Especially groups 2, 29, 30, 50. Also when you change a value, go back and read it again, and check that it has actually changed. Some of the values are read only.
Always make a note of the original value before you change it!!!!!
