Workcentre 7655 need tech
I have a Xerox Workcentre 7655 and since no one can work on it but Xerox, $350 for 30 minutes, I searched down a service manual. I had a streaking problem and found out it was the 2BTR so I ordered one and replaced it. The streaks went away but now the black is gray. I have contacted several techs over the internet for service but Xerox will not let them work on the machine. They said if they didn't buy it from you you can't work on it. I am in the Orlando Florida area and if anyone has a contact or suggestion it would be greatly appreciated.
