Went out to a call for a torn fuser web. Was able to rewound web. Noticed a spring on orange spongetype roller and was not sure what the purpose of the spring was other than it appeared to put torque on the roller not allowing it to turn. Is spring needed??? What is it's purpose??? Where is the best source for the fuser crum chips???
