Image issues on my DC2060 (attached pic)

Hi, I've again image issues with my DC2060, my tech (who is not trained on a DC2060 but on Xerox B&W production machines) has been working on it for 2 weeks and isn't getting anywhere. You'll notice that the magenta is "cloudy" for want of a better word, yellow and black are OK'ish and cyan is there but faint (prior to a couple of days ago there was no cyan and then the tech decided to check if there was developer, there wasn't and it was added. It was the same story with magenta last week).
Any help that I can forward to my tech would be highly appreciated. Thanks in advance.
    Cheers,
    Gustav

Do a hard stop and check the IBT , if the image is comming clear on the IBT if not check drum, developer , max setup etc. If image is clear on IBT bot not on paper then check 2nd BTR .

What happens when u do a max setup?

gee gustav with the rate you are comming up with issues i think i am gonna charge you by the hour ;-)
a machine is only as good as your tech : source:screwtape ; the scary one

Problem already on the IBT. The tech here says he's been doing max setup for the last couple of weeks and we're getting nowhere, see my original message about developer and drums are almost new. I can't believe that this machine was doing fine 2 months ago and now this, Xerox here want to bring in someone from South Africa and I know they're going to pass that bill on to me.

For me it looks like defective ESV try to swap magenta with black (you need to swap both, the pwb board and the sensor not separated).
And your tech should pay attention because the position for black and magenta ESV are on one place and cyan and yellow are on other.
Check and see that TC sensor data are set correctly in the NVM list.
Check and see is there good BIAS connection.
