Hi ya I have a customer who when printing large amounts of colour on this m/c gets excessive curl and jamming gone through all adjustments but I have been imformed by tech support that I won't be able to cure it any suggestions

Excessive Curl
I have found several work arounds...
1. change the grain of the paper
2. change from long way (landscape) in to short side in (portrait)
3. check the fuser, it may be running to hot.
4. Duplex the job so both sides is heated the same so the paper comes out uncurled.
I have found that changing the paper weight or manufacturer may offset this pain of a problem.
