Hello guys, i`m new on this site and i`m in a big need of help. I changed the IBT Cleaner and by mistake i rotate a little bit the Belt, after that i reset the chain link 741-056. Now the printer is working, but only on black, on color i have Color to Color misregistration ..and i dont know what to do. I also tried an old IBT and the problem persist. After this problem, i changed the Fuser, 2nd Bias Transfer Roll, Drums and Cartridges ...all NEW ..the problem persist. I must say that i dont have an service manual for this machine and i also tried to post a thread on "Service Manual Request" but i couldnt. Please help me if you can, i`m desperate. I thank you in advance !

We have seen a similar problem on a 7335. There is a small clear window on the IBT belt which has a sensor that put s a beam through it and thats how the machine verifies the belt position. If this window or its sensors are damaged or dirty the color reg goes crazy. Hope this helps. -

Ok, i found that sensor, its clean now, i also received a new IBT kit and will try with the older one cleaned first, if doesnt work i`ll try the new one. I dont have the chains to make the adjustments, i have an sercice manual from 7132 and i saw that some chains are the same, but i dont know if it fits 100% with 7235 software. If you know the chains and NVM settings for colors please post them. Thank you very much for your help guys, i will keep you up to date .Comment
