check battery on CCMNVM PWB in controller. If voltage is bellow 2.7V replace battery and then perform dc 133 and dc 105

              1. Reserialize machine.

Enter the Diagnostic Mode. Refer to Entering Diagnostic Navigator.

Select Adjustments tab

Select Install/Cfg (DC371) tab

Synchronize Serial Number.
                1.
Select S/N Synch (DC132).

Select Generate Id.

Call service support and report Unique Machine Identifier.
                2. Enter Password from service support into Submit Password.
                3. Select Submit Password.
                  Serial numbers are now synchronized.

to have the correct password I call call service support, there is no other way.
the machine can 'operate without serialize.
                thanks

The yellow battery on CCMNVM PWB is death, you need to replace and perform to procedures for replacing battery. Search in eureka for details.
You d'not need to make DC132.

                        pal.xerox,

                        Thanks for password

But everytime machine generates another ID so if you have (or remember) Id for which this password was generated we will be very happy)

After dC105 Machine will assign another ID and no ask for password (also counter will be reset to 0). Check dC133 as xcopytech said and in dC131 set System Menagment Service-0119 to false.

I checked System Menagment Service-0119 to false and ok.
I have to re-serialize the machine operating it as I do not call Xerox.
                            thanks

I believe Ajaxfan77 is right. The password must correlate with the machine ID for it to work. I have seen one such serialization password before, and i tell you, it is much more complex than just 2845490. Unfortunately i never took a note of it. To the best of my knowledge 2845490 is useful for correcting speed mismatch issues on brunel(535,545,555); Leander(c/wc/wcp 35,45,55); Stirling(c/wc/wcp 65,75); Alchemy(232,238,245,255,265,275) and Sorcery(5632,5638,5645,5655,5665,5675,5687) all of which are based on a similar print engine architecture.
What we really need here is someone who has done the serialization process on C2128, C2326 or C3545 before using the password from Xerox field service. Anyone out there who has done this should pls help us all out with the machine ID for which the password was given and the password itself. This perhaps is the only way out.
                              Thanks all.
