Machine jams on the 2nd side duplex as it traveling up the right hand side in the transport section ( New to Xerox so not sure what its called) There is an orange rubber roller on a black plastic guide that is all scored and gouged. It appears that the paper is catching an edge. Looking for a part number and part source. 25 years and I I have avoided Xerox like the plague but times are tough so I am learning them on the fly

Make sure that the pinch rollers in the door are putting equal pressure on the paper> are you getting 77-111 codes?
