    CXP3535 blue screen of death

    I have CXP3535 which shows blue screen of death with message Hardware mailfunction while Spire App is starting up and comes to Loading drivers. Changed SODIMM Ram but no results.

      Does anyone knows what is meaning of leds on fusionxl board at creo??
      without fusion board spire is starting... also in diagnostic I have no option for diagnostic in tree is No driver/board option

          Problems with power caused defects to FusionXL board. Changed the board and is ok.

              how did you get the fusion board
              a machine is only as good as your tech : source:screwtape ; the scary one

                  Found another Creo that we have and asked that customer to borrow to us just for replaced the board to check and test it for few days. Still need fusion board and looking for it.
