    hello l have xerox 5020 he affiched code error J6 l need service manual for this xerox 5020 ..please any technician have this manual sent me by : mecanographe@gmail.com
    ah l forget please manuals4you laves me alone please ..not communte for my requests ...l do anything from yourself .

          WOW!! Google is the bomb. Put in xerox 5020 J6 and got the operator guide. The operator guide says "end of life" for the Drum.

          So I'm wondering how much of a search you did when you "I search solution"
          Color is not 4 times harder... it's 65,000 times harder. They call it "TECH MODE" for a reason. I have manual's and firmware for ya, course... you are going to have to earn it.

                  yeah friend RRodgers l know ..l should be changing the drum unity ..but it have other solution ...if we changing the chip ..this drum unity can continus her worked ...thx advans .
