    5328 U4 code

I have a u4 code on a 5328. I know its the fuser. How do I get more detailed code to determine which part of the fuser it is?

Press "0". If you see "1" on diplay its an overheat condition,if "6" the fuser web must be replaced.

Ok, I had a U4-6. I replaced the web. I held 0 while powering up. did 20-start, 3-start power off power on. Still get U4-6 code. what could I have missed?
