    Xerox DC420 engine failure

    Anyone have a fix? I don't know just exactly what is going on because they just called and I have never seen this machine. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

      It has been a while but I think main motor, fuser, or copy cart. One of these is locked up.
      And Star Trek was just a tv show...yeah right!
