    DC 250 toner density measurements

    Hi all,

I keep having to reset the toner density measurements to within the 25+- range everyday. Isn't it supposed to be stable. What could be the problem. I am also having too much magenta on prints and I cant calibrate I keep getting an error message Anyone know what I should do?

Hi there I just saw you question. It's over 3 week but if you have not fixed it here are some suggestions.
Your developer is old, this may be the reason for this. What's the count? Is the ATC sensor setup correct?
Can you make a pic and post it here of Procon On table after you hit the start button? I want to see those numbers. For example ATC amplitude should be more than 50 if it is lower may be developer needs to be replaced.
Anyway, just post that pic and I will help you.

Just as a side question: How do you measure (and reset) the density?
