DC 250 116-364 Error

    [Dead] DC 250 116-364 Error

    Powered up Monday am and and this is as far as it goes Fault has occured and 116-364 in lower corner. Did not find any threads with this error.

      Battery on ESS NVM pwb is dead.
      Replace the battery or whole ess nvm pwb.

          Are there exact instructions? i.e. power on/off, must be done in so many seconds, etc.. Any loss of info with this battery change?

              I just did and now there is a new error code 124-315. Please what can I do next. Thanks.
