    [Misc] Xerox WorkCentre Pro c3545 issues

    Hello,

    I got few problems with this device:

    1. Would like to upgrade software
    2. Network and E-mail scans problem

    1. My c3545 current software version is 01.04.044. Not sure about last version of software, but I know for sure it wasn't updated for a very long time. I tried to find tips on upgrade it myself, but was not able to find on the WEB "WSCP Diagnostic Navigator" software and Service manual. Not sure its free distributed. Any tips and help on that would be appriciated.

    2. My current problem is that device is not finishing Network and E-mail scans. Job is hanging in queue with status "Formatting" and thats all, no further actions. I was told that this might be sotware problem thats why I need to upgrade software and learn if this was causing Scans not to work properly.
