Picker Finger/Sep. Claw for WorkCentre 390

Hello, all. Dont usually wander into this realm too much, since I do not have much oppurtunity to work on Xerox, but i have a friend (non-paying customer) who has a WorkCentre 390 that is jamming in the Fuser. Sure enough they broke off a piece of the upper fuser cover that the picker finger/separation claw mounts on to and also lost the spring and finger/claw. My questions are this, is that claw being missing enough to cause persistant jams and is there any quick/cheap way I can get my hands on a claw (I can sub a spring from my collection)? It appears that Xerox does not part out the claw by itself and offers it with the sping as the whole upper Fuser Assy. Or does anyone know off hand that P8E Hard ware kit P/N: 600K72020 has these parts included? I have checked ebay for junkers and no luck. I can't even hunt down a service manual or parts maual for this model, only a parts manual for the P8E.

BTW, if anyone is interested I actually was certified on quite a few models including the Phaser 3500/6120/7400, FC110/116, WC M20/M118, and actually setup my old company up to be Xerox authorized, however, the nice folks at Xerox told me that I basically got in too late, and they have a 80/20 program where there big guys get 80% of work, and the other 20% only get the service on what they sell (if they are lucky, no referals at all), and basically to go pound sand. So needless to say I never really got my hands on too many products outside of some of there older produtcts. I moved on from that company, to work for one of the big X's biggest competition, so I have no hard feelings. Thank you for your help.
