    EX2000d Fiery System software install

    I'm trying to install Fiery system software on my RIP (EX2000d) with freshly installed WinNT 4.0 with SP6 and every time I came up with error at the end of setup process. Maybe I'm missing something? Those WinNt 4 have to be installed on NTFS or FAT formating? I installed on FAT because when i tryed with NTFS, windows didn't want to boot up any more.
    I have 3 CD's, on first are some updates, on second is fiery setup and on third one is documentation.
    After this error pops up installation finished and rip is restarted, Fiery Bar is loaded and Idle, but LCD on front of case is still displaying loading and newer cames to idle.

      Most Fiery EX2000 I worked on runs on WindowsXP. There might be DLL compatibility issues with WinNT4.

          I can't belive that installing Fiery system can be so fu* difficult! As you mentioned Win XP, I have instal it, and Fiery sys software (this time without any error while installing), but after windows and fiery bar loads to Idle, windows just sudenly go to shut down screen, every time. no luck

              First you must know what was previous version of system. WinXPe is with Fiery v.3.0. All previous are based on WinNT.
              Diference btw v2.0 and v.3.0 is bios version, network card and dongle and Z5/Z18 XPe update cd.
              V3.0 should have bios version 2.44.
              If you have bios version below 2.44 you need Fiery System software version 2.0.
              Dont try with 3.0 coz it will not work. System will shutdown with Licence error message.
