Xerox WorkCentre 5665 paper comes ot wavy

This machine is giving us a headache..! We have replaced the entire baffle assy' plus many rollers from the transport section including the fixing unit and this Xerox WorkCentre 5665 continues to shoot out the paper in a wavy fashion. From the research we have done, we are leaning towards the Inverter Assy'

Does anybody have any ideas or tips on eliminating and correcting this problem for good???
thanks for all your help in advance...

what happens when you change paper (change supplier, or try Xerox paper brand new) ?

Wavy copies is a classic symptom of moisture in paper. Frequent jamming is another.

You should also know that paper is rarely the first line of my usual suspects. But then, I generally have more information from which to draw.

I second the question: Have you tried Xerox (yeah, yeah, or comparable) brand stock, fresh from a sealed ream out of a sealed case stored in a cool, dry environment?

It is, after all, a legitimate first step in this troubleshooting process.
