One other issue that I'd love some feedback on:
When I put a drum in my cyan developer unit it becomes really hard to push back in fully to the point that I can fasten the screw on the drum spindle. Yet before closing the bit with the screw on fits nicely into the drum assy and also if I push the dev unit back into the machine without a drum on it, it fits nicely onto the spindle so I don't understand why it doesn't all come together. I've tried several drums and it's the same.
When I do manage to get it together I often get a 004-362 or 004-352 fault. When I don't get any fault I can print but with the colour to colour registration issues I've talked of before and I'm wondering if there is some stiffness or other issue with my cyan dev/drum parts that might actually be the root of my registration issues.
Any ideas what I should look out for on this assy to get it to work more smoothly?
