DC 500AP Creo Needing Patch i think

Hi i had to reload my spire cxp50 .Now i can not print auto d/sided on 300gsm paper.On the creo i got paper settings 187-220 gsm and then 221-300gsm paper.On the PCUI i got 187-300gsm paper setting.I think the creo dont see the AP patch on the machine.How do i get my creo to see the AP function
