Touch screen wc 7655 , dc 240 , dc 242 , dc 250...

Hi everybody,

I want to ask a question about my wc7655 , dc 250, dc 240 ... (I can send a short video of 5 mb if you give me an email).


Please help me with information about the problem that occurred to me recently, touchscreen is not calibrated Wc7655 printer, that if you click on a function has to do with 1-2cm below ... at the top of the display is smaller deviation in the bottom reaches about 2 cm . Please tell me your opinion your. I hope to be quite clear.

I do not know if the problem is the touch screen, because I think that even if the display has deviation, touching recognizes the action.

What they think it can be?.
