Poor print quality on all test prints(solid fill pages). Is this a belt problem or a drum problem. Page Count-238,704. Help!!!

Do you mean to say that the test prints are solid filled with a color?
Or are the solid fill test prints displaying poor print quality?

If the latter is the case then it depends on what the image defect is.

If the former then if it is one color of solid fill then it may be that color drum.
