    AP-II C4300

    Good day everyone,
    I am having this problem on one of the AP-II C4300. It show " Download Mode " when the power is turn on. What could be the cause of this and what is the solutions? Can anyone give me some guide?

      May be problem is Stuck on power safe button.

          Have solved the problem already, Thanks anyway.
          BTW are you doing any Workcentre 5665/5675/5687, i am having some problem and are looking for the service manual. Do you think you would be able to help? Thanks in advance.

              Sorry, 'cos i'm in vietnam, so these are model WC not available, in vietnam, fujixerox is main model such as DocuCentre, Document Centre, WorkCentre (small once, normally printer only).
              So I can support only product that distribution in asia land
