i have one color copier 7232 have code 8911
can any one help me with this code and haw can remove it by code or reset some thing
plz help from xerox tech and thx alot

Are you sure about that code. I couldn't find it in Documentation.

Probably the error code is 89-311. There are many things that make your copier to pop-up this error.
I suggest you to aquire service manual and follow the procedures from manual because you need to work in IBT belt area

The problem is the ibt belt sensor is not reading the silver patches on the edge of the ibt belt. They are either scratched or the sensor is dirty or faulty. Replace patches and clean or replace ibt belt sensor. This normally works for me.
