Hi guys,
i just encouter a strange thing. customer is using Excel to print their graph in color, within excel there are few sheets. Exp: Printing on Sheet1 color graph, machine print as expected, when come to print the sheet2 color graph, it print out mono. No matter how i change "Printer Properties" in color mode and graphic = full color, it still print out mono.
Few Actions i have carried out:
1, copy graph to another new sheets = NG
2, print to file = Color mode is on but print out is Mono
3, re-install driver = NG
4, copy graph to Word = OK
5, Copy to PowerPoint = OK
6, Print other Excel File with color = OK
7, copy the file to another PC for test print =OK
Do you think this is the Excel Problem? or User's PC Problem..
