Have had two machines where after replacing an upper printhead the IME Board blows. Anyone else see this?

Are they connected via ribbon cables?Color is not 4 times harder... it's 65,000 times harder.
They call it "TECH MODE" for a reason. I have manual's and firmware for ya, course... you are going to have to earn it. -
Check the ribbon cables and make sure the traces didn't lift and cross.......had it happen to me once it blew the wave amp board though. Also are they the new style heads and cables?Comment

It's independant of the cable type. We've Identified a batch of printheads our company got that had an incorrectly soldered wave amp connector. Gotta love that QC! Now if they can figure out how to make cyan ink again, I won't have to keep replacing heads!I'd be happy to come out and wipe off your dirty glass.
