Where online can I buy a Xerox Workcentre 3220 Transfer Belt Cleaner (R2 smartkit)

My Xerox Workcentre 3220 says that I have to replace Transfer Belt Cleaner (R2 smartkit) ..(I didn't even know that WC 3220's have Transfer Belt Cleaner) and I cannot find anywhere online where I can but that part from. So if anyone knows where please do help me and tell me.

Oh, and I am also looking for the Copystar CS-1820 Memory, if anyone also knows where I can buy that from I would very much appreciate it.

Hi screwdriver08,

post Error Information Report here. To print out Error Information Report must do the following:
Click in this sequence Menu, #, 1,9,3,4, Menu.
The display will show the Tech Mode. Levels are Date Setup, Machine Test and Reports.
Under reports found Error info and print.
If the machine is connected to a network, check for errors and messages in CWIS.

Maintenance items are: Transfer Roller, Fuser, Pick-Up Roller and Tray Feeder Pad.
Consumable item are: Print Cartridge.
