Phaser 6140 "load a4 paper
Customer called and said Phaser 6140 instructing to load A4 paper. I am going Tuesday but want to be prepared in case. The customer said when he set the paper tray for 11" thru control panel menu it prints current job but after that goes back to requesting A4 . I will inspect tray for something notright but is there something else i should look for . The service manual says change MCU or Imaging board but that sounds drastic.
