Fiery Controller on Xerox DC260 kicked me out, Please HELP.

My Xerox DC260 had been working fine, until few days ago, when I tried to open CWS 5, it demanded for Administrator Password, it won't accept any input on both Administrator or Operator.
I tried webtools to configure with the default password "Fiery.1" it won't accept either.

Could anyone help me out there please.

Thanks Andriansto, it is a builtin Fiery I am sure it is Bustler Fiery Controller with a box attached to the Press. I bought it used. I need to know how to reload the software I guess.

In CWS5, have you tried when logging in as the admin to leave the password field blank?

Yes, I signed in with Administrator without a password, it says incorrect password. I never use any password for Administrator or operator in the past and it worked just fine. Until recently.

You need a new HDD - By reloading the software on a bad HDD you will get the same problem, YOU NEED A NEW HDD!

No, I cannot access the configuration through web application of the copier as well. Every default password is "incorrect"

Why don't you log in as operator or guest without password
