I keep getting a Java Runtime Error message when i try to calibrate a particular client's Docucolor242 bustled fiery. The funny thing is that the client has two machines and both are giving exactly the same error. I use the same ES1000 calibrator and the same laptop (with the same Java version) with the same CWS version on other customer's dc242 bustled fiery and it works. I reloaded the fiery software and problem persists. Could it be something that has to do with the machines themselves and not just the controllers. I need ideas on what could be wrong here pls.
