Outboard not fused well on a DC 5000

    Hi,
The prints on DC 5000 AP doesnt have oil towards the outboard end and color is also faded. I have changed the fuser roll, donor assembly, fuser belt assembly, adjusted fuser nip.
    Any Inputs on this issue.

    Thaks

Hey , check for oil pump and related tubing may be clogged full of oil combined with paper dust very messy thing also clean reservoir tank clean it up with rice and alcohol and shake it up, unless you have few extra $$$$$$ to buy it new one, to verify run few copies in blank an check how the oil flow , the is a routine for also check documentation on fuser breaking procedure at general procedures or fuser adjustments.

      Hope this helps,
