Check fuser roller, pressure roller and web oiler,

Cheat the right door interlock switch and watch the paper as it comes off the drum. If it is getting dog eared on the Detack, check / replace the plastic guide above the D/t. If the lead edge is catching in the fuser, check the lead in guides to the fuser for clogged holes. Also the suction fan for the fuser could be dirty and providing insufficient vacuum to hold the paper flat as it enters the fuser. If the lead edge is not getting folded back, but you are having wrinkles in the paper, then the pressure roller is the most likely cause. Check / replace the bearings in the pressure roller.
